Our corrugated sheets are made of high-quality 3003/5052/6061 aluminum alloy (tensile strength 180-310MPa, yield strength 110-276MPa). Adopting advanced roll forming and precision cutting technology, the sheet thickness ranges from 0.8-3.0mm, with corrugation height 15-50mm and pitch 50-150mm. All products meet ASTM and GB standards, reflecting Conglin’s strict quality control and professional manufacturing strength.

Excellent Structural & Mechanical Performance

The corrugated structure enhances the sheet’s load-bearing capacity, capable of withstanding 30-80MPa pressure. With a density of 2.7g/cm³, it is 30% lighter than steel corrugated sheets of the same specification, while maintaining good rigidity (elastic modulus 68-69GPa) and impact resistance.

Durability & Corrosion Resistance

Surface treatment options include anodizing (thickness 8-18μm), powder coating, and PVDF coating, ensuring excellent corrosion resistance—passing 1000-hour salt spray test without rusting. The service life reaches 20-25 years, with maintenance frequency reduced by 40% compared to ordinary aluminum sheets.

Customization & Practicality

We offer flexible customization services: sheet width 1000-1250mm, length 2-12m, and custom corrugation specifications.
