Dimensional tolerance is controlled within ±0.05mm, with a smooth, burr-free finish (Ra ≤ 0.8μm). All units comply with ASTM B221 standards, reflecting Conglin’s strict quality control and industry-leading manufacturing processes.

Integrated Thermal Performance

The one-piece design merges the equipment housing with a high-density fin heat sink, maximizing heat transfer efficiency. With fin heights ranging from 20mm to 80mm and fin spacing as low as 2mm, it delivers reliable cooling for components generating 50W to 500W of heat. The integrated structure eliminates thermal resistance from fasteners or adhesives, ensuring stable device operation under continuous high-load conditions.

Durability & Environmental Resistance

Surface treatments include hard anodizing (10–15μm) and anti-corrosion coating, enabling the enclosure to withstand 1000+ hours of salt spray testing. The robust structure supports IP65-level sealing (with custom gaskets) and operates reliably across -40°C to 85°C, making it suitable for harsh outdoor and industrial environments.
