Engineered to contain internal sparks and prevent external ignition, the profiles feature robust wall thickness (typically 3–8mm) and reinforced structural design. The one-piece structure eliminates potential leak paths, while precision-machined mating surfaces ensure a tight, secure fit. Our design meets IP55 ingress protection and Ex d explosion-proof ratings, suitable for use in gas, oil, chemical, and mining industries.

Lightweight & Durable Design

Compared to traditional cast iron housings, our aluminum profiles offer a significant weight reduction (up to 40%), making installation and maintenance easier without compromising strength. Surface treatments include hard anodizing (10–20μm) and anti-corrosion coating, providing excellent resistance to rust, chemicals, and harsh weather.
