Aluminum Alloy Railway Carbody Welding Quality Control Project
This project focuses on standardized welding quality control for key structural parts of railway vehicle carbody, represented by triangular reinforcing plates. The reinforcing plates adopt A7N01P-T4 high-strength aluminum alloy, matched with A7N01S-T5 material for sleeper beams and traction beams to form flat welded structures. Strict weld groove design and professional process configuration are adopted to guarantee welding performance.
We apply semi-automatic pulse MIG welding with Kemppi 4200 water-cooled welding machines, supported by 99.999% high-purity argon gas via centralized pipeline supply. Imported DB-certified SAF welding wire ER5356WY in 1.6mm specification is used to ensure stable welding quality and structural reliability.
Backed by our high-standard aluminum profile hot extrusion base with 26 full-specification extrusion presses, integrating premium equipment from Germany, Italy and advanced domestic production lines, we realize one-stop supply from aluminum profile extrusion to precision welding. The whole process meets the stringent quality standards of railway transit vehicle body manufacturing.
