This workshop is built as a high-standard integrated production base for aluminum profile hot extrusion, precision machining and customized fabrication. It is fully equipped with 26 extrusion presses covering complete tonnage ranges, combining premium imported equipment from Germany and Italy with advanced domestic extrusion lines.

The facility features professional-grade extrusion units including 36MN to 160MN German Simak and West Mark extruders, as well as Italian 60MN and domestic 15MN–85MN production lines. Each unit is configured with matched extrusion cylinders, outlet dimensions and compatible aluminum rod specifications, capable of manufacturing large-width special profiles, thick-walled seamless aluminum pipes, solid bars and structural plates of various sizes.

With standardized process parameter control and full-specification equipment layout, the workshop delivers high-efficiency and high-precision hot extrusion and follow-up CNC fabrication. Its products are widely applied in architectural curtain walls, rail transit vehicle bodies, mechanical equipment and industrial engineering, fully complying with international and industry quality standards.
