The workshop is a premium professional base dedicated to hot extrusion of aluminum profiles. It houses 26 full-specification extrusion presses in total, bringing together high-end imported equipment from Germany and Italy alongside advanced domestic extrusion lines. Covering a complete range of tonnages and specifications, it can undertake customized production of various aluminum profiles, tubes, bars and sheets.

The workshop is fitted with a complete lineup of imported extrusion equipment, including German 36MN to 160MN models and an Italian 60MN extruder. Each unit comes with professional supporting cylinder configurations, matched outlet dimensions and compatible aluminum rod specifications, capable of producing large-width special-shaped profiles and large-diameter seamless aluminum tubes. It is also equipped with an 85MN domestic extruder, plus 15MN to 25MN supporting production lines, covering processing demands from small and medium to large-sized profiles.

With full tonnage equipment layout and standardized process parameter control, the workshop achieves high-efficiency and high-precision hot extrusion. Its product portfolio covers architectural aluminum profiles, industrial structural profiles, seamless aluminum tubes and custom special-shaped profiles, fully satisfying the stringent technical and quality requirements of construction, rail transit, mechanical manufacturing and other industries.
