Liyuan PM since 2007 engaged in automobile aluminum bumper material localization of research and development, and in the same year for faw Volkswagen, audi, BMW car number production supporting services such as process, carefully to understand the company in the bumper, instrument panel, scaffold materials, battery shell materials and automotive dryer section direction for more than ten years of manufacturing experience,   The company continues to focus on the continuous supply of high quality spare parts.

Liyuan PM is capable of manufacturing molds.  Its models range in diameter from 139mm to 1600mm, with an annual capacity of 6000 sets.  Liyuan PM has the ability and experience to cooperate with oEMS in the design and development of the key core technology of "jam neck".

In the fifth workshop of deep processing, the company focuses on the creation of high-end automatic import bumper production line, in multi-angle sawing, deburring processing, size detection, marking, pressing, cutting, punching, drilling and milling and pushing the stack and other processes to achieve unmanned operation, every 7 seconds to complete the processing of a bumper beam.  It has the characteristics of large capacity, high degree of standardization and fast efficiency.

In the third workshop of deep processing, FANUC five-axis machining center's equipment parameters, number of tool libraries, number of equipment, range of machinable materials and processing capacity can fully cope with the supporting capacity of high-end auto parts processing.
