Innovation Drives High-Speed Rail Semi-Finished Product Development
In the field of high-speed rail construction, our company has always taken technological innovation as its core driving force, committing to providing high-quality solutions for global rail transit development. Recently, we have achieved critical breakthroughs in the R&D and production of high-speed rail semi-finished products, further consolidating our leading position through the integration of cutting-edge technologies and refined management.
As a key participant in the high-speed rail industry chain, we have deeply engaged in multiple national-level high-speed rail projects. Take the Wulongnan Station of the Chongqing-Hunan High-Speed Rail as an example: we supplied high-precision steel bar semi-finished products for its supporting infrastructure, ensuring top-tier specification accuracy through intelligent rolling equipment and strict process control. This laid a solid foundation for the efficient construction of bridge beam structures. During production, we introduced IoT technology for full-process traceability management of raw materials, achieving data-driven monitoring from steel selection to finished product delivery, thereby guaranteeing quality stability and traceability.
In core technology R&D, our independently innovated CRTS III slab ballastless track system has become an industry benchmark. This system employs high-strength concrete materials and precision prestressing technology, significantly enhancing track structure durability while optimizing design to increase construction efficiency by 30%. Currently, this technology has been successfully applied in overseas projects such as the Jakarta-Bandung High-Speed Rail in Indonesia and the Moscow-Kazan High-Speed Rail in Russia, serving as a critical technical pillar for China’s high-speed rail "going global" initiative. To address construction challenges in complex geological conditions, we also developed subgrade frost heave prevention technology for severe cold regions, achieving millimeter-level deformation control through multi-scale testing and multi-physics field analysis, thus ensuring safe operation in extreme environments.
In intelligent transformation, we pioneered the integration of AI and large model technologies into the entire production process of high-speed rail semi-finished products. Through our self-developed smart project management platform, we realized full-chain digital collaboration from raw material procurement to construction sites. For example, in the prefabrication of overhead contact system components, our centralized factory-based production model, combined with collaborative operations of intelligent robots and vision inspection systems, improved component processing accuracy to ±0.5mm while reducing energy consumption by 20%. Additionally, our multi-modal global perception system monitors natural disasters and equipment anomalies along high-speed rail lines in real time, processing over 250,000 video streams daily to provide round-the-clock safety protection.
Looking to the future, we will continue to increase investments in new materials and intelligent systems. In lightweight materials, we have successfully developed high-strength aluminum alloys and carbon fiber composites, reducing high-speed rail carbody weight by 15% while enhancing fatigue resistance. In intelligent system integration, we are advancing the deep integration of high-speed rail autonomous driving technology with the Beidou positioning system, aiming to achieve fully automated operation on select lines by 2026.
As practitioners of high-speed rail construction, we adhere to the philosophy of "technology-driven, quality-first," contributing to the construction of a safe, efficient, and green high-speed rail network through continuous innovation and global layout. Moving forward, we will deepen technical exchanges with domestic and international partners, using innovations in high-speed rail semi-finished products to drive the industry toward intelligence and internationalization.
