Special Aluminum Alloy Profiles: Innovation-Driven Expansion into Diverse Application Landscapes


These profiles break through the limitations of traditional materials with unique alloy formulations and precise technology, significantly improving strength, corrosion resistance, and functionality. The 7075-T6 profile has a tensile strength of over 572 MPa and is 60% lighter than steel. The 5052-H32 profile has seawater corrosion resistance up to 80% that of 316 stainless steel. Innovative alloy systems include graphene-reinforced aluminum matrix composites (increasing thermal conductivity by 20%) and the 6082+Sr grain refinement formula (reducing the bending radius to 1.5D), superplastic molding (increasing the elongation of 7075 profiles to 500%), and electromagnetic pulse extrusion (reducing the grain size to less than 1 μm), among other processes, build a high-performance material system.
