Glass Precision Processing Workshop

This workshop is equipped with a full set of imported and advanced glass processing equipment, including a German cutting machine, a fully automatic four-side grinding machine, a fully automatic bilateral fine grinding machine, two forced convection horizontal tempering furnaces (one with two-way hot bending function), a German insulating glass production line, and a laminated glass production line.

Aluminum Door & Window Manufacturing Workshop

This workshop is equipped with full sets of German CNC automatic production equipment, including double-head saws, profile milling machines, end milling machines, corner forming machines and corner bracket saws. It specializes in the customized fabrication of aluminum doors, windows and curtain wall products. With advanced automated processing technology and stable production capacity, it achieves an annual output of up to 600,000 square meters, delivering high-quality finished products for construction, rail transit and supporting engineering projects.

Railcar Body & Engine Fabrication Workshop

This workshop is professionally equipped with a full range of imported high-end processing and welding facilities. It features German imported machining equipment, including four sets of 30m five-axis machining centers, one set of 60m gantry five-axis CNC machining center, three sets of 12m five-axis profile CNC machining centers, and two additional 60m gantry five-axis CNC machining centers.

CNC Machining & Fabrication Workshop

This workshop is equipped with a complete range of advanced imported and domestic processing, forming, cleaning and testing equipment. It features two Austrian Schelling precision aluminum plate cutting saws, two JINDA finished saws, and a full lineup of hydraulic presses and punching machines, including 160kN, 400kN, 800kN, 80t, 125t and 160t models. Supporting facilities consist of a multifunctional low-emission ultrasonic cleaning machine, a Jinhuangyu CNC heavy-duty single-head saw and an air pressure testing machine.

Electrostatic Powder Coating Workshop

This workshop is equipped with two advanced Switzerland Jinma electrostatic powder spraying production lines, with an annual processing capacity of 6,000 tons. It also features six Italian wood grain transfer production lines and one thermal insulation glue injection profile production line.

Aluminum Oxidation & Anodizing Workshop

The workshop is equipped with an advanced automatic vertical surface treatment production line, featuring an annual processing capacity of 30,000 tons.
