Aluminum Profile Extrusion Workshop
This workshop is a high-standard aluminum profile hot extrusion production base equipped with 26 sets of full-specification extrusion presses in total, integrating imported high-end equipment from Germany and Italy as well as advanced domestic extrusion production lines, covering multi-tonnage and multi-specification processing demands to meet customized production of various aluminum profiles, pipes, bars and plates.
Extrusion Die Manufacturing Workshop
This workshop is fully equipped with 72 sets of imported professional equipment dedicated to the R&D and precision manufacturing of aluminum extrusion dies.
Aluminum Smelting & Casting Workshop
This workshop is dedicated to aluminum melting, purification, casting and homogenization production. It is equipped with four sets of 20t aluminum melting furnaces and two sets of 20t holding furnaces, adopting multiple online degassing processes as well as tubular and plate filtration technologies to ensure high purity and stable quality of molten aluminum.
Can produce hollow, tempered, hot bending, bulletproof, laminated glass and so on. Can process glass thickness 4-19mm, glass type: ordinary white glass and a variety of single silver, double silver, three silver low-E and other coated glass.
